1-14T/H capacity
The Branch Shredder is suitable for processing logs, branches, bamboo, and crop stalks with diameters under 18 cm. It produces chips sized 10–30 mm with a capacity of 1–4 tons per hour, making it ideal for handling trimmings from orchards and landscaping.
The disc chipper is designed for logs, branches, and bamboo with diameters under 40 cm. It yields chips sized 10–30 mm with a capacity of 1–14 tons per hour, making it suitable for biomass energy and pulp/paper chip production; the output chips are uniform in size.
Both models can be powered by either an electric motor or a diesel engine, and wheeled mobile chassis are available for customization.
3-40T/H capacity
The Comprehensive Wood Crusher is suitable for processing logs (up to 40 cm in diameter), branches, bamboo, straw, sawmill offcuts, and wooden pallets. It produces an output size of 30–80 mm with a capacity of 3–40 t/h, making it ideal for biomass energy applications and the processing of forestry waste.
The tree root crusher is designed to process tree roots (up to 220 cm in diameter), logs, branches, bamboo, wooden pallets, and discarded wooden furniture. It yields an output size of 30–80 mm with a capacity of 5–30 t/h, making it suitable for biomass energy production and wood waste processing.
Both crushers can be powered by either an electric motor or a diesel engine and can be customized with a wheeled mobile chassis for towing or a remote-controlled, self-propelled tracked chassis.
